Breakfast Oat Recipe With Aloe Vera Products

If you’re always rushing out the door in the mornings, Oat Recipe With Aloe Vera Products will make you love breakfast. Each of these beautifully layered oats can be made in advance the night before– saving you some morning time. The delicious oats hold up well in the fridge for couple of days, so you can make double or triple recipes. If you don’t have fresh fruit on hand, frozen fruits work equally well. These parfaits are seriously so easy (and delicious!), you just might look forward to getting out of bed and have your regular breakfast.

Berry and Peach Oat Parfait

This breakfast parfait bursts with vibrant strawberries and peaches, which are high in vitamins C and A from our Aloe Very Nectar and Aloe Bits n Peaches. Feel free to use frozen fruits if you can’t find fresh ones. The mildly sweet Forever Bee honey blends beautifully with the creamy milk and Forever Ultra Lite Shake in Vanilla


  • 2/3 cup Oats
  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp Forever Bee Honey
  • 2 tbsp Aloe Bit’s and Peaches
  • 2 tbsp Aloe Berry Nectar
  • 2 tbsp Forever Ultra Lite shake Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 medium peach, chopped
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved



  1. Mix the oats with the aloe vera gel, milk, vanilla, and bee honey.
  2. Layer the oats protein shake and fruit alternately, inside of your jars.
  3. Place in the refrigerator overnight.

Notes: – Any milk of choice works in this recipe. – Feel free to use frozen fruits if you can’t find fresh ones.



Rye flakes are just as versatile as their better-known cousin — oats — for everything from breakfasts to pilafs. They can even be used to make delicious cookies. Rye can help build strength and ward off migraines. This recipe is easy enough to make any night of the week.



  • 1 cup Rye Flakes
  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Milk
  • 3 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 2 tbsp Forever Bee Honey
  • 1 cup Yogurt, Plain
  • 3 oz Raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Forever Ultra Lite Shake in Chocolate




  1. In a medium bowl, mix the rye flakes with the milk. Soak overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. In the morning, combine the soaked rye mixture with the cacao powder and Forever bee honey. Mix well.
  3. Mix the yogurt with Forever Lite Shake Chocolate.
  4. In two Mason jars, layer the rye mixture with the yogurt mixture and berries.

Notes: – Roasted and rolled rye flakes are especially good in this recipe. – While this recipe calls for almond milk, you can use any kind of milk.



Vanilla is so delicious in the morning. This breakfast parfait also includes brightly colored strawberries and fig. Strawberries are a fantastic source of vitamin C, and they’re known to have antiviral properties. Figs can benefit digestion, and yogurt and Forever Lite in vanilla adds a creamy source of protein.

INGREDIENTSfig oat parfait

  • 2/3 cup Oats
  • 12 oz Plain Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Forever Bee Honey
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp Forever Lite Shake in Vanilla
  • 4 medium figs, quartered
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved




  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the vanilla,yogurt, Forever Bee honey, Forever Lite Shake in Vanilla together.
  2. Add the oats.
  3. Layer the oat mixture with the fruits in two Mason jars.
  4. Add the lids and let the jars chill the fridge overnight.Notes: The prep time doesn’t account for chilling the oats overnight.




Use pre-cut frozen fruit and Forever Joost Pineapple for an easy-to-prep parfait that bursts with flavor. Quinoa is a complete protein, and pairing it with your favorite milk makes for a very satisfying cold cereal. Both pineapple and papaya aids in digestion, and their enzymes help to create the creamy, sweet texture of this parfait


  • 2/3 cup Quinoa Flakes
  • 2 cups Soy Milk Lowfat Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Forever Bee Honey
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks,  Frozen
  • 1 cup Frozen Mango  Chunks
  • 1 cup Papaya, diced
  • 1 dozed Forever Joost Pineapple
  • Shredded coconut (optional)



  1. Mix the quinoa flakes with the soy milk,
  2. Forever Lite Ultra Shake Vanilla and Forever Bee honey.
  3. Layer the quinoa mixture with the fruit into you jars.
  4. Drizzle with Forever Joost Pineapple
  5. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator.

Note: – Use the milk of your choice: soy, almond, hemp, etc. -Swap the Forever Joost Pineapple with Forever Joost Blueberry as you wish.



Though cacao and vanilla sound like dessert delicacies, this breakfast is healthy enough to wake up to. The combination of high-antioxidant cacao and potassium-rich banana make this a sweet breakfast that’ll keep you energized. It’s also a delicious way to get picky eaters to start the morning with something nutritious.

INGREDIENTSForever Living Products Banana Cacao Vanilla Parfait

  • 1 1/2 medium banana, cut into one-inch cubes
  • 6 tbsp Organic Cacao Powder
  • 1 tbsp Forever Lite Ultra Chocolate
  • 9 tbsp Forever Bee Honey, divided
  • 2 tbsp Chia 12 oz Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbps Forever Lite Ultra Vanilla



  1. Blend the banana, cacao, Forever Lite Ultra Shake Chocolate, and 1/3 C. Forever Bee honey until thick and creamy. Set aside.
  2. Mix the yogurt, Forever Lite Ultra Shake Vanilla, Chia, remaining Forever Bee honey and vanilla until well mixed.
  3. Layer the two mixtures into your jars and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.

Note: For a quick, late-night preparation, cut the bananas into chunks and freeze beforehand!



Wake up to the sweet aromas of apple pie. Apples contain both malic and tartaric acids, which can help with digestion. High in fiber and low in sugar, this parfait gets most of its sweetness from the apple juice and Aloe Berry Nectar. Ginger and cinnamon give this recipe warm notes of apple pie. Top with a dollop of vanilla yogurt for an a la mode effect.


  • 1 cup Large Flake Oats
  • 6 oz Apple Juice, Organic
  • 6 oz Aloe Berry Nectar
  • 1 medium apple, cut into half-inch cubes
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 doze of Forever Joost Pineapple
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
  • 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Forever Lite Shake Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Forever Bee Honey



  1. Mix the oats with the apple juice Aloe Berry Nectar, cinnamon, Forever Joost Pineapple and ginger.
  2. Layer the oats with Forever Lite Shake Vanilla and fruits alternately, inside of your jars.
  3. Place in the refrigerator overnight.Optional: mix the yogurt, vanilla extract and Forever Bee honey and dollop on top of each parfait.
