– 1 tablespoon of dry cranberry
– 2/3 cup cranberry juice 
– 1 tablespoon of honey 


– 2 Eggs
– 1/2 cup oatmeal
– 1/2 cup blueberries
– 6 almonds, chopped
– Pinch of Cinnamon.
